Objective: To strengthen the schooling community's capability to support themselves and their schools for self-sustenance. 

 This pillar consists of skills development, community building and entrepreneurship initiatives for economic development.

Objective: To provide foundational resources, improving the school's infrastructure and improving learner dignity.

This pillar consists of schooling infrastructure development and resources required by learners for their development and success.
